A Blood Donation Camp was organised by Khalsa University, Amritsar, in collaboration with Care Today (The India Today Group) and LG Electronics Group on March 4, 2025. S. Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina Ji, Honorary Secretary, Khalsa College Charitable Society and Pro-Chancellor, Khalsa University, Amritsar, inaugurated the drive. He lauded the initiative and urged the staff to organise such events in the future. Dr. Mehal Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Khalsa University, Amritsar, congratulated the organisers and inspired the participants to contribute towards such humanitarian efforts. Dr. Surinder Kaur, Dean Academic Affairs, Khalsa University, Amritsar, Dr. Khushvinder Kumar, Registrar, Khalsa University, Amritsar, Dr. Kanwaljeet Singh, Examination Controller, Khalsa University, Amritsar and S. Dharminder Singh Rataul, Under Secretary, Khalsa College Charitable Society, also graced the occasion. Members of the Care Today Team also attended the event, while representatives of Civil Hospital, Amritsar, provided medical support to the event. As a token of appreciation for their courage and compassion, donors were presented with certificates. A significant contribution was made by Red Cross Society, NCC, NSS Department, Rotaract Club, Science Club and Red Ribbon Club. A large number of students and staff attended the event to make it a huge success.
